So having twittered, I am now blogging my first ever post on things, furnishing, green, ethical and organic and a day in the life of running an online organic cotton bed linen business and mother to two girls heading towards teenage years. Events for the day, Fou Furnishings' 'Boutis' bedspread and cushion covers raised £395 at an eco auction, the Black &amp; White ball in Glasgow, so thanks to the kind customer who raised money for a good cause. Pulling together a quote for a hotel in the Peloponnese in Greece , sending out a 'Boutis' bedspread to a lucky competition winner from Homes &amp; Antiques and catalogues requested from Country Living readers. Contacts at the event today recommending our bed linen to hotels in Dunkeld and Dubai. Nice to know that Fou Furnishings organic bed linen and our website <a href="http://www.foufurnishings.com/">www.foufurnishings.com</a> has a local and a global reach. A customer found us through Google last week and rang to say that she was a mile away from the Glasgow office! Now on to the other role, homework, music and gymnastics runs, but the S1 exams finished today, hurrah.
